You have 3 way to start.

A bit of all : armor + life steal + damage, but it better to get this before mid gamedepending on what you are facing, do that right choice.
The next step is getting
(for a bit of attack speed and some movement speed)
(for some life steal)
(for fast jungle)This step here will get you really strong and fast
Damage will make you stronger
Life will make you a bit less squishy
Attack speed it good for a DPS like Fiora
More attack speed it always good for a good DPS
For the last part of the build
Damage + Life steal = Good chois
Damage +++
Attack Speed + Mouvement speed +++ = Good chois for a DPS Character
Life + A bit of damage
(this is for counter really tanky team)
