This is my first time putting together a build so hopefully you guys like it and I'm open to suggestions and tweaking ideas. I have tested this build out a few times and it works great for me. I have seen a lot of Ziggs builds and I have tried a few but I always had an issue, Ziggs is a Champion that does massive damage when you have the right build. But the one thing most of the builds lacked was attack speed.

The runes I have chosen are Greater Marks of Insight, Greater Seal of Replenishment, Greater Glyph of Force and Quintessence of Potency. As you can see these are the Basic runes you see for many Ap Champions. This works great for me if you want you can swap out Greater Glyph of force with Greater Glyph of Potency instead. I like Glyph of Force for what it provides you with in the end game. Also Greater Seal of Replenishment is helpful just because Ziggs is mana hungry and in this build there are not items that provide a lot of mana.

Now the items i have chosen are the standard items you see for most other builds for Ziggs, but I decided to add Nashor's Tooth and the main reason is the attack speed, the unique passive 20% cooldown reduction and the minor ability power you get with it. Having that attack speed makes a big difference in the game cause it allows you to farm faster and when you come face to face with an opposing Champion you give them reason to run. Not only are you hitting them hard which you will hit them hard, your also hitting them fast. Also when your chipping them down your passive ability "Short Fuse" comes up much faster when auto attacking, which is great when chasing down another champ. Also the 20% cooldown reduction helps your abilities come up faster for use, which means yet again more "Short Fuse".

OK so when it comes to playing as Ziggs there are a few little tricks I do when facing other champions. When I attack another champ I always toss down Hexplosive Minefield directly behind them and I toss bouncing bomb at them. What happens is the bouncing bomb usually hits them and they back off directly into the hexplosive minefield. This little combo does damage when executed properly. And when you use these abilities; Short Fuse comes up faster and when the enemy are hit with the combo and short fuse, that champ is possibly near death which leaves you open to attack them with bouncing bomb again (cause of the 20% cooldown reduction) or finish them off with Mega Inferno Bomb.
