Which Ban ?

It depends how many you are.
If you are in solo queue ban your counters like zed , yasuo , fizz , swain
If you are in team you can try to ban junglers who can camp you.

Runes

You need movement speed so don't change this but you can change health/lvl by armor.

Spells

If you are against hard cc you need to get cleanse but remember something , cleanse take off ignite. You can also take health and I think its better than barrier because it grants you some movement speed !
You can take ghost if you want but if you want to help I will recommand you teleport.

Farming

The most important thing with Twisted Fate..
Indeed your passive can get you feed so don't forget to farm well.
Its pretty simple to farm with twisted fate with his passive and his blue and red card.
Don't forget to take luden if you can't farm properly.
