These runes are to give u cooldown reductions and theis mena u can use your skills more often.

This is the set up you should follow. This is kind of the support tree mix with cooldown reduction.

your q is to smash the ground and knock everyone up near you
your w is to knock them back. This is your main skill to keep them to your team.
your e is the heal everyone around you.
your ult is what make u a cow and unkillable.

All the items are to help u be tanky and keep u alive. Onces u have all of these items u wont die and be strong enought to be unkillable.

Your goal is to find there tanks and push them to your team,. Try to push them as close as possible to your carry. This will allow your carry to destroy them very quickly. onces the tanks dies u win the team fight. This plan aways works. Dont forget to get dragon and baron if it warded. It shows them what kind cow u are.

your a support u are no supposed farm.

In a team fight if there ad carry is about to get kill try to w them to safety. If they are about to be killed it means they are baiting u. This is a high level skill play. THey bait there adc to u and make u focus him. Thats bad. This mean there team can rush u and kill your team.

Your goal is this game is to keep there carry away from your team and push there tanks to your team. Dont forget these 2 tips. I got to plat with these and i was bronze in Korea. A combo u should know is u w them and use q after they get knock away. This will make your q hurt the targets around u and don't take minons damages.
