Hey guys my name is OmriSadeh, and today I'll teach you how to snowballl your lane as Pantheon in the top lane. I have 60k points on Pantheon and level 7 on him.

So let's start off with your runes. You want to take AD reds, MR blues, armor yellows and AD quintessence.
Breakdown of runes: AD quints and reds for the raw AD.
MR blues for AP matchup, and armor yellows for AD matchup

Always take flash on Pantheon no matter what.
As for your second spell you'll want to take Ignite as you already have your ultimate as a teleport, and Ignite will help you win fights in lane.

You want to start Q, then W, then E.
Max order: Q W E R

Pros: Lane dominant, constant poke, AOE with E that makes thunderlords go off. A stun. Pretty low cooldowns, and a teleport for ult that you can you use to deal damage, get away, or get somewhere faster.
Cons: Falls off late game.

In the early game you want to play around your bushes, poke with Q then go into the bush, and not take minions damage. After you get level 6, and your ult is up, you'd want to shove the wave and ult to mid lane, or bot lane, or drake.
Try to CS the best you can so you can get your items as quick as possible, because Pantheon falls off hard late game.
