BEHOLD. KOG'MAW LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.
FROM THE DEPTHS OF AZEROTH, HUNTARD KOGMAW.

Hey guys, this is my first guide. Its a simple, easy to use build. PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK. IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU A GOD. REPEAT, IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU A GOD. To become good at one champion, you must play him many, many times. This guide will put much emphasis on armor penetration and magic penetration. Just like a huntard in world of warcraft. LETS BEGIN!!!!

Kog'maw, why so much attack power and attack speed you ask? Well many reasons.
First: This guy is like acid, he can rip through your armor, making it meaningless. The skills he has makes him an EXCELLENT tank killer. No joke. His second skill Bio-arcane barrage is VERY VERY VERY good. It increases your range and also 6% of health per hit... hmmm...
Second: Well why attack speed? MORE ATTACKS WITH BIO-ARCANE BARRRAGE DUH!!!!

His armor pen will block out the sun!

Well enough chit-chat, lets get on with the build already.

now before we start, this guy has NO ESCAPE MECHANISM WHAT SO EVER.
So get ghost GHOST GHOST! For our 2nd one, get Clarity. People see me with clarity pretty much laugh their balls off. Me, I see that laugh and spit in their face. This guy will run out of mana fast, and i mean REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY fast. so get it. You will also be able to provide your allies with plenty of many. Easy peasy lemon squeezy

Early game:
First off get a dagger and a health potion. This will allow you to last hit a lot easier. Early game you want to get as much gold as possible. No harassing now. But be sure to try to get mid solo for excellent exp/ money. You'll want to try and get enough money for a zeal and boots by the time you'll need to back. By the time you get those items, its on to mid game!

Mid game
Now this is where you'll start dishing out some awesome damage. Now before we start, his ulti is similar to karthas's little explosion move, but with a longer range. To start off a kill, harass the enemy with artillery. Once low enough, open up with a void ooze, and then turn on your bread and butter move, bio-arcane barrage. This move alone will kill tanks so fast you'll be shatting bricks(enough to make a house). Now for ganks, you'll wanna try and hide in a place where theres a wall in front of your opponent and SPAM SPAM SPAM Live Artillery!.
Now for golem buff, you'll want to get this ASAP. Like everytime its up. This buff will allow you to spam Artillery OVER, AND OVER - this is very deadly in a team gank or when you're simply chasing someone down.
By mid game, you should have Beserkers greaves, last whisper, and zeal. By this time, you'll probably be harassing so much that it hurts their mother. before we go on to late game, upgrade the zeal into a phantom dancer.

Late game
shiniest moments right here Pretty much during late game, you'll want to farm up enough gold for a bloodrazor. This will allow 10% of the maximum health taken per hit. A little ******ed dotcha think? Pretty much its the same strategy. But this time you'll have a little more armor pen from caustic spiddle.
in a fight you'll want to use these skills
Void ooze --> Caustic Spittle --> Bio-arcane
While using these skills, spam living artillery every 5 seconds, you don't want to waste too much mana. If you get low, Clarity or get a golem buff.
While their running away, spam living artillery like no other. Here is where your crits / damage output is pretty damn sexy. Your attacks will pierce all the armor off any tank.
Another note is NOT TO INITIATE. You'll want a tank to run in first while you rain hell from afar!
at this time, you should have the first 5 items. Boots, Last whisper, 2 phantom dancers and a bloodrazor. If things get late, then get an infinity edge. I've only been in 2 games where i had to get that weapon. Pretty much my KDR boosted from about...( .8:1) from using an AP build to (3.0:1) Yeah its pretty sexy

Tips:
-Early game, try to use artillery every 5 seconds so you won't waste mana
-Void ooze has some delay, so try to predict where they are going to move. This goes along with living artillery. This you'll need A LOT of practice on. Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
-don't forget to use caustic spittle, it doubles the armor pen effect.
-ghost is used for mostly escaping. Try not to use it for chasing unless you really need to.
