He will go oom and can't do multiple autos on you if you shroud. He was my first match up ever with this build and I won my lane with so much ease.
Zed
Zed SHOULD be easy since you can initiate on him with a Q proc advantage. lv1-5 is super easy, its important to use a healing pot at lv5 before he hits 6 because if you are at 50% hp he could all in you. if you are at 100% hp like you should be with this build he simply doesn't have enough damage to 100-0 you, especially if you go into shroud and make him miss a few AA's
Yasuo
yasuo is easy to outplay, just all in him if he misses tornado and be careful of ganks from knockup champs. you can also break his shield with Q and trading with him is a matter of shrouding on top of him when he dashes into you and procing your Q. just keep your mark always on him and he won't try to do any fancy dash Q procs on you. your sustain will also be too strong for tornado harass to really matter. Just don't let him dive into you knock you up and auto you a couple times.
Miss Fortune
This should be freelo for akali, just don't get caught in slow and ganked.
Lux
slightly harder due to shields and taking barrier. can't turret dive her unless her Q is on CD. If she misses a Q you can just dive her for lots of damage

He would be hard if you didn't have sustain, but because you can sustain his crazy damage, hes just moderately difficult.
Fizz
Fizz is probably the hardest assassin to play against as akali, Hes not exactly HARD to beat but if he gets a little bit ahead things will get tricky.
Diana
She goes oom too quick to matter.
Cho'Gath
Chogath can be hard to deal with, his silence prevents you from shrouding, then he can knock you up and eat you. He also has good sustain and tankiness.
Annie
The hardest matchup for akali, Much worst than leesin since she can 100-0 you if she gets just a blasting wand after her first back. Forget about all inning her, she can immediately peel you off with her QWER combo + ignite and just walk away as you burn. Sustain really isn't effective against her since she does massive chunks of damage rather than baby chunks. There is no skill required in landing a Q stun, plus she can just flash combo you if you get low enough. I always ban Annie over anyone else when I get the chance.
Azir
Azir's ultimate ensures that you won't all in him or turret dive. Sure he was nerfed into the ground but his poke can be scary if you don't play careful. I couldn't even imagine playing without my sustain build vs Azir.
Katarina
I think of kat as akali's Nemesis, I feel Akali is slightly better in a challenger vs challenger matchup. A great way to beat kat is to bait her ultimate and use your Dash on a minion to get out of range, then dash back in for the kill.
Corki
Depends on player skill, I have crushed and have been crushed by a corki due to his vision mechanic and ability to fly away. He's still much easier than my hard picks.
Pantheon
Pantheon if he goes mid, will be very scary. Hes like the AD version of annie. He can block your auto from procing Q, stun you and do lots of damage before you can shroud and hes just a big bully. The only plus side is he doesn't really have a ultimate to worry about like Zed fizz or yasuo. His ultimate is more of a roaming move than a fight your laner with it.
Lulu
Good luck killing her, shes really really hard to kill due to her shield speed up + polymorph + her slow AND her ultimate will heal her and knock you up under a turret. Just farm and try to poke her to see how good they are but don't expect to blow her up.
Twisted Fate
if his pick a card is on CD he's powerless against you.
LeBlanc
LB's downside is she will go oom. Just avoid getting hit by her dash when you got a mark on you. Just play safe and watch her mana decrease.
It's a build that makes Akali have a fairly decent early game. At lv1 you will have 39hp5 and by lv5 have 50hp5. This means that most mages will run out of mana while you stay in lane healthy as ever. I realize that the damage lost from runes and masteries is abysmal compared to the power this setup gives you early/mid game.
