Early game

Lvl 1
At lvl1, you should think if you maybe counter your opponent.
If you have a advantage at him engage with your E and some Auto attacks (don't miss on CS btw).
If not, play safely get some CS.

Why E and not Q
Better damage late game, better for pushing your lane.

When do I trade with my opponent?
Example you're against a Riven and she used her Q you could go for a trade as she has some cooldowns. But watch out: if she has alot of minions she will still be able to win the trade.

Mid Game

When you got your Duskblade or/and Edge of night.
Go out and try to roam (Beware to not lose your lane)

Wuking midgame is really strong and you could snowball.

Late game

Late game replace your Ward Trinket by a Oracle and buy control wards to get Dragon / Baron control.

Overall you get really good synergy with champs that got good Crowd control
Orianna her R
Amumu his R
Amumu his R
Jarvan his R

Yasuo is also nice,
Once you knocked the whole team he can ult in on them and do a ton of damage.
