Runes for the jungle early > late game and we should rely on maximaizing early damage on the ganks.
Greater Glyph of Health x 9 = ~ 24 HP (24 Hp? Srsly? U mad BRO?)
Greater Seal of Health x 9 = 72 HP
9x Greater Glyph of Health < 9x Greater Seal of Health, 2nd rune much better compare to 1st, but you won't replace Greater Seal of Health because you needs in Greater Seal of Armor.
So, if that 24 hp is just nothing in jungle sustain and can't save you (maybe can, but in chance of 0.00001). Thats the first reason why its bad rune choice. The second is... Evelynn is Assasin and she need in damage to burst target as fast, as you can.
Greater Glyph of Ability Power x 9 = ~10 AP
So that 10AP looks like nothing too, but if you will look at the Q scales, you will see :
MAGIC DAMAGE: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 % AP) and (+50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 % bonus AD)
The scale of AD in early much worse compare to AP.
With the same reason you should take Greater Quintessence of Ability Power insted of Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage. Why then Greater Mark of Attack Damage? Because you need to deal some damage from AA in jungle and on the ganks. You can't rely only on your Q, because you can be oom and that would be bad thing for you. Q_Q
Result:
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power > Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
I might change the masteries at some point later - or perhaps try a different route, but so far this seems okay. I did try your suggestion of going 14/2/14 and it works very well early game in the jungle - with a good pull, Eve can get quite a few camps before and getting her which is essential (since she's a bit difficult in Season V). I have changed the runes slightly, but I'm going to stick to having full and - for now, I think. You're right that the movement speed really isn't essential since her and should do the trick later on any way. I just disagree with the glyphs; I feel that is more important than . You can always build more AP into her build with hybrid and/or AP items, but AD seems more powerful with her auto-attacks.
As for your bonus point, I did turn on C2V - I was unsure as to whether this was a good idea or not, but I have as per your recommendation. Thank you!
Runes: Don't think you needs in 3x Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed, because you got allready good MS steroid on W. I think the old rune page 3x Greater Quintessence of Ability Power, 9x Greater Seal of Armor, 9x Greater Mark of Attack Damage, 9x Greater Glyph of Ability Power still better.
Masteries: Yes, your masteries is standart, but she taking a lot of damage in the jungle before she will start gank. So reccomend to test this mastery page:
Yeash, here a lot of utility and sustain but less DEF on the ganks. If you would be focused, you will die. So, your rune page: DEF on ganks > sustain. DEF on ganks < sustain in my rune page.
