Hi guys today I'm here to talk about Irelia who its one of my personal favourite champions

Irelia its a melee DPS who has heavy defensive abilities whitch can turn into heavy offensive abilities.
I seen guys saying that irelia its a great tank BUT REMEMBER Irelia its not a tank its a fighter/Assassin who can stick to single targets to kill them quickly.
Irelia is a very deadly champion but only when you have got your full combo and some items.
One of the strongest points to Irelia and any melee champion is dueling a ranged one, for champions like corki or ezreal who relie on skill shots, always juke in between attacks when the skill shots come off of cooldown, for corki's case once Valkyrie is down, you can jump on him.

Pros
+Amazing DPS and survivability once you get core items
+Long range gap closer with Blade Surge
+Stun and slow
+Very fast movespeed
+Self healing with W and R
+Great farmer with Q and R
+Good for solo lanes
+CC barely effects her once she gets mercury treads

Cons
-Very squishy without items
-Melee
-Can be kited once uses Bladesurge
- Transcendent Blades can be dodged by fast enemies
-Gets focused
Good enemies will deny your exp and gold early on
-Her stun only works if enemy is above her health

Skill Set
- This passive is one of the best in the game, while there's 3+ enemies around CC barely effects you especially when you have Mercury's Treads.


- Bladesurge is a truly amazing gap closer,it's a single-target blink strike dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects.If it kill the target what is going happen a lot once you get trinity force and Y.ghostblade the ful cooldown of the skill and part of the mana cost is refunded


- This skill works amazing on heavy armor tanks like Alistar and Malphite the true damage also penetrates right through Unbreakable Will. This is what lets you build tank items and still put out great damage. The heal on attacks can also be nice for staying in lane and killing things in the jungle.




- This spell is great it's a short-range single target nuke that normally slwos her target, but if Irelia is more damage than her foe, the spell will stun instead



- Transcendet Blades summong four daggers that Irelia can shoot to hit enemies in a line, for those times where youre having trouble sticking to an enemy, Transcendent Blades will come in handy, because shooting them doesn't affect your movement, it's a great finishing skill
