you have done a MUCH better job with your bbcode and layout. it is well separated into ideas now. to seal the deal I'd highlight important ideas in different colors. for example:

also it's nice to give a heads up on what you're talking about in the guide to give your reader a reference point. columns and larger icons are a good way to do this.

and one last thing. maxing E is only a good idea if you are getting utterly slaughtered in lane to the point where they are so aggressive they come at you almost every chance they get. Q applies on hit affects (like the passive from hiten style, wit's end and sheen all at the same time) and has a 1.0 AD scaling. That means with a little bit of AD your Q is going to do more damage than your E. With a lot of bit of AD? Your Q is going to blow your E out of the water in terms of damage AND it's going to make you stick to people.

hard to read with all the icon links. just surround a name with two brackets to make it flow and throw a splash of color in there to make it seem less bland.

your guide is basically a wall of lines separated by icon links. it looks VERY unpolished. you need to separate your ideas out so people aren't intimidated by the vast amount of text. color and columns will greatly help with this.

I will vote later when you make the guide more... readable. masteries seem to be fine, however gives more effective health than the one point in . I would get that one instead. runes look good. doesn't really synergize with irelia too much. I can see taking it if the enemy team had a LOT of AP and your support doesn't take it... outside of that I think it's pretty lackluster compared to a .

I'd recommend completing a guide 100% and then publishing it because it is very important to make a good first impression. most people that read a guide and have a bad experience will think you are a bad author and never come back, even if you make it one of the best guides on mobafire.
