This build allows Irelia to do massive damage to a single target, and heal herself at the same time using the lifesteak component of the Bloodthirster. Combining high damage and attack speed, along good crit chance and reduced CD to spam stun, Irelia becomes incredibly hard to kill, unless she can be stunned (which is taken care of by her passive). Although rather expensive, if you can get up the the Phantom Dancer without the Brutalizer or Ghostblade, you can already do massive damage in seconds, leaving all but the toughest tanks wondering how you killed them so quickly. Of course, for tanks you have your true damage from Hiten Style, so they can be taken down as well. With this build, not only will you be able to do massive damage very quickly, but you will be incredibly fast, with Ghost and the Ghostblade. Chasing you will be hard, and getting away from you will be even more difficult as your "Q" ability can be used to jump from minion wave to minion wave effortlessly.

All in all, this build is great for chasing and taking down enemies, no matter how much health or armor they have.
