Spells:
Ignite
Flash
Ability Order
Assassin's Mark (PASSIVE)
Akali Passive Ability
Introduction
This is the only page I had available LOL. I'll post an update later these matches were bleh.
May have lost but I was able to carry the whole team.
First off I like to play Akali pretty offensively so that's why I like to have a ton of AP and Magic Penetration. I'm not professional or anything but this build has been working out for me so I'd like to share it.
Pros:
- Acts like an AP BOMB
- Kills off carries easily (I manage to solo tanks if I do good early)
- Since we're riding defensive it's hard to get killed
- Good balance with HP/Defense and Attack
- Great for First Blood kill
Cons:
- If you don't manage to get first blood then you need to wait until you hit level 6 to dominate.
- Quite squishy until you get the Giant's Belt.
Great Mark of Insight
Will cause some serious early damage.
** You can use Great Mark of Strength for an Alternative (for spell vamp) **
Greater Seal of Evasion
Will prevent any excess/unnecessary damage by other champs.
Greater Glyph of Force
Sell explanatory, it will give additional AP for Akali.
Greater Quintessence of Potency
Poop tons of Ability Power = Win.

This is your main skill that you will be using. It's great to get the first blood. By throwing it a circular purple axe shape will spin around the enemy champ, once you hit them it will do close to double the damage of the first hit. This is great for farming as well.
This is the second skill that you will put your points into. Basically it makes a round field where Akali can stay invisible for a period of time. Careful, because it can be countered with vision ward. It provides defense and also slows down enemy champs.
This is just a small area attack to kill off multiple minions or it can be used in a combo against a champ. Very effective and useful.
This is Akali's ult where you can cool down [3] dive attacks. Once the 3 are cool downed for use, you can use it almost simultaneously (between the 3 shadow dances there is a 2 second cool down).
For farming you just want to nail the last hit. To make it easier you can use your first ability (Q), Mark of the Assassin to knock off the minions quickly. Once you get your (E) ability Crescent Slash you can hit them 1-3 times each and then press it to kill however many at a time. This will take some time to get use to.
Ignite is very useful for the beginning where Akali does a LOT of damage because of the magic pen. With the help of your teammate or the damage that you dealt you can easily FLASH in or Shadow Dance them low (hp) and ignite them when they try to run away.
Flash is just used for clever getaways when your Twilight Shroud fails to protect you. It can also be used to flash in if you used all of your Shadow Dances. It's also very effective in the beginning where you do not have your shadow dance available.
The reason I start off with this is because Akali's passive, which gives her 10% bonus magic damage upon obtaining 20 ability power. So basically she's very strong in the beginning especially if you nail that Mark of the Assassin.
** Depending on my laning partner I sometimes start off with boots. Just so I can reach the Mark of the Assassins better. **
Plus the extra 1 potion in the beginning allows Akali to stay in the lane just a bit longer to reach level 6 faster.
** When starting off with boots I just buy 3 potions **
The reason I like to get boots next is so I'm not always cornered from running so slow and by now I should have my Twilight Shroud which allows me to be more offensive.
40 additional AP and gives a bit of spell vamp which is very useful especially because Akali is a bit squishy in the beginning.
2 additional movement speed and 20 additional magic pen. I love me some magic pen for that extra damage. Of course you can get different boots according to the situation; I would recommend or as an alternative.
Depending on the situation I choose one over the other. If I am need of that extra HP to be more offensive yet passive I like to take the Giant's belt first. If I am laning with a tank(ish) person I would just choose the blasting wand.
By now if I can just finish the I do but when money is tight I just get the pickaxe for the Spell Vamp and the extra damage.
After I just try to finish off the gunblade but again when money is tight I just finish the cutlass part first.
When I am playing more passively I like to get the Lich Bane or Zhonya's hourglass, but when we're already playing like a freight train I prefer getting the deathcap first.
