Jarvan IV Passive Ability
Introduction
Im presenting you my Jarvan IV hybrid build, which has been giving me very good results for the long time I've been playing it.
I have to say my english is not very good, so I'll do my best so you can understand me :D
Why? Why that runes? I'll explain: As a hybrid we are we have to be able to resist hard attacks from the enemy team and at the same time be kicking their ***es, this all without dying!
The Greater Quintessence of Fortitude and Greater Seal of Fortitude are very useful specially on early game, when most of the champions have a low hp and die easily, and you don't want that! (at least for yourself)
With the Greater Mark of Desolation we'll gain some armor pen, wich is always a good thing for an AD champion.
And finally, the Greater Glyph of Warding. With those we'll resist a bit better magical attacks.

I always chose this two:
The best summoner spell to finish off weakened enemies.
This will save your *** many MANY times.
Optional Spells:
This one can replace Flash, but I prefer teleport instantly, even through walls.
Jarvan runs out very quickly of mana, specially on early game. It's not a bad idea getting this summoner spell, wich will allow you to stay more time on a lane, but on late game you won't need it.
Rest of the summoner spells:
I haven't used them and I dont think they could fit very good to Jarvan. Tell me your opinions with them.

Why those? Well, the answer is obvious: You are an hybrid. Your main goal is hitting the enemy as hard as you can and resisting their attack while you help your tank keeping the enemy team away from your carries.
You will be, the most of the time, the one who will start teamfights, and you really dont want to die in two hits.
Explanation of why have I chosen every object:
In my oppinion the best starting object for an hybrid, but you can get Doran's Blade if you feel more confortable with it. This one will give you some armor, hp and heal regen, useful for staying on a lane for a good time.
I could have taken Mercury, but I prefer this ones. Hitting repeatedly and fast will be very important in this guide
A good and cheap item. Will give you the desired HP and AD for an hybrid, and it's passive will cause many troubles to the fleeing enemy.
Attack damage, life steal and increases its stats by killing minions. Do I have to explain why it is so good? I don't think so.
A very, very, VERY good item. The magic resist is the most important stats we get from it, but we like having a bit more of HP. The most important thing of this item is its passive: it rejects an enemy spell every 45 seconds, realli nice. Even some careless enemies will use their ultimate skills resulting in a fail.
Improves Phage's stats (more HP and AD, great!) and its enhanced passive will make your enemies to hate you when trying to escape.
Attack damage and speed, and its passive will give you some desired armor penetration. A very good item.
Atma's Impaller
Armor, critial strike and increases your AD depending of your HP. Isn't this one the best item for an hybrid? I think so.
