Summoner spells can be altered. For masteries, going down the resolve tree rather than the cunning tree is an option, though I disagree with such action.

Notable counters for this build is those with hard cc and fast auto attackers.
You may want to try and combat these things by building items before your Bt or even right after boots that will help even the odds. For those with hard cc I would suggest Items that can sheild you such as a Maw, Steraks, or even a Locket of Iron Solari! For auto attackers you may want a frozen heart and ninja tabi boots, then later build an attack speed item to make up for the loss of greive boots.
