Introduction

Why jungle gangplank? He's a very good person to have in the jungle he's an AD carry which jungle allows him to get farm, gangplank with his new passive and red is OP also you have more awareness for your ult instead of just hogging it to your lane...u dont do that? haha maybe its just me :3. Anyway Jungle gangplank is very good and is almost a guarentee'd first blood unless you're team is stupid or the enemy team is insanely careful.

Runes

I go with armor pen or crit chance runes u can go crit chance for those ganks but i prefer armor pen because its more useful late game aswell as being useful in the jungle and pwning enemy champions. I recommend armor yellows just so you can take a hit or two in the jungle, you could go crit chance yellow but i think red is the only one worth going crit chance on because it gives the most and the rest barely give any. I go for cdr for your ult, W, E, and parrrrrley not that noticible but it still helps :P. Quints hp for obvious reasons, im not a fan of crit pages if you want to roll with that, it works aswell

Items

I start boots and 3 hp pots ill go into why in the summary section, Then i go cdr boots for obvious reasons (you can also go sorc boots for ur Q for mag pen). I rush phantom dancer for the utility it brings to gangplank, dancer+boots+E passive/active? ur a damn racecar! Anyway movement+crit chance+ then the attack speed so you can apply ur passive faster etc etc. Then i go for infinity edge for obvious reasons. I then go for manamune so you can increase your crit damage also the utility of it so you can spam your moves with ease and regen ur mana aswell. I then go for another phantom dancer so you run even faster and it ups your crit strike chance. Finally i go for Bloodthirster, its lifesteal when you auto attack i find it to be more useful than banshees veil especially if there's a fed carry on their team. W out of their CC then own them and lifesteal all their damage back instead of a sheild that pops once every 30 sec or watever it is. Your W takes care of that.

Summary

Ok so my pro strat is you get ur boots and 3 hp pots then head over to red, have someone lease it for you, smite it make sure to chug a hp pot while ur tanking it then immediatly head to bot and gank, make sure to tell ur homies at bot to let the enemies push so u can gank early on, now why u ask? its simple...First blood, You have amazing speed with ur boots and E passive, Your passive slow+red AMAZING. Oh yea make sure to walk in and parrrrley first then start wacking em u know (i bet u alrdy would do that but just making sure :P). By that time you should have enough for your cdr boots, if not go grab double golems and you should have enough. Doesnt matter what jungle route you do You can start at blue or double golem or anything, just watch out for ganks GANKS ARE CRUCIAL anytime they overextend jump on them either with your body or your ult, Gangplank should spend more time ganking than in the jungle.
