The Archive button should be sort of in the top-left area, iirc, as long as you're logged in.

I think all you can do is archive a build you don't like.

If you want to improve it and keep it up, do something about MR. That much armor and no MR makes Leona a sad tank. If it's going to stay up as a 0 MR build, I'll probably have to downvote. Nashor's Tooth is also horribly out of place here (Shurelya's and Frozen Heart are fine for CDR and are legitimate tank items).
