I dont understand ur masteries. Why not getting the 6 damage & the damage reduction from creeps?

the thing that bugs me the most about this is you get Warmog's Armor. it's not needed. if you understand that the passive from enrage gives you attack damage than you must know that it gives you health for EVERY creep you kill. you don't need warmog's to have a lot of health with sion.

you should also consider getting Summoner's Resolve for extra farm since the items you picked are rather expensive.

and i don't get the quints, either. if you want to do damage, you more than likely want to get greater quintessence of desolation so you deal more damage. it's much better than the insignificant boost you get compared to Wriggle's Lantern and Cannibalism.

That fine and all, but the only real damage he needs early is his E and his wriggles, when he gets Infinity edge, its game over man. 500+hits. and those 500 hits happen ever second or lower, its truely amazing. i just had a game went 15-1 and literaly 4v1 under nexus turrents and killed 3 of them with only I.E and wriggles serkers and PD i just love it ><

He can't do enough damage with this build. I have been working on a guide, but it is not uploaded yet. I will have it up soon so people can look at it, but it will not be in its completed form.

-1 Sry but I just cant get over the fact that sion ganks are ustoppable with a flash/combo from the brush, also i dont like ur glyphs and the fact that ur doing dmg relys on chance because you dont get any attk dmg till atmogs.
