Avoid him, the buff that he gets in 6.3 makes him really strong, but you can anyway try to counterjungle (without trading) to delay his devourer stacking

Introduction
This is my first guide so please tell me what looks fine, and what don't!
I will try to update it asap at each patch (if needed) and if one of you give me a good idea or tips that i would have missed
And by the way, sorry, i'm not a native english so i don't speak and write it as well as i would ^^
Talon is a very underestimated champion, he can do huges gank, if he is able to clean his jungle. He is really strong to snowball games, and kill squishy champions, and we know that adc are really strongs actually as usual, you're here to destroy them and make you, and you're team snowball!
As jungler you HAVE TO make the difference, don't always follow your mates call without evaluating the situation beofre
Don't listen to people who insult you in lobby, most of them never seen it before and don't know what it's able to. But don't pick Talon without squishies ennemies, in a full AD or squishy team as well

As Talon, you're first clean gonna be hard, that's why you should ask for a good leash, or if possible, ask someone to take some hits from you!
Don't forget to smite at monster spawn, it will make you get some seconds on smite cooldown, and you will be able to get the buff instantly, and not at the monster death.
If you're blue side -> Start gromp with smite do blue, then go red with smite and go gank!
If you're red side -> Start Krugs with smite, go red, then go blue and gank !
If you think that the ennemy jungler is low enough, you can try to wait him at his buff to counterjungle, but take care you're really squishy in early, and don't deal so much damages
Your first gank must be successfull, at least make people use their flash, you don't have enough gold to back.
Tips : Don't forget to reset you're autoattack with you're Q spell, it's the reason why i take Q over W to start, it's more efficient and you waste less health!

If you do your jungle properly, you should be able to gank after your first clean
There is two principal errors to avoid : [*] DON'T engage with you E, it's a bad idea, most of the time at the first gank, lots of people gonna flash, you can follow them with E, and then slow them to get a kill
[*] Don't understimate ennemy damages, as i said, you're squishy, don't give your double buff or your laner can become salty (if you know what i mean, even more with a uncommon pick)
Firstly, you should try to reach ennemy by walking ONLY as i said, keep your E! (Depending of his pick offcourse) Engage with you W, it will slow him, and make you able to reach him, then red buff will permanently slow ennemy down, enough to kill if you got a strong dps laner, or strong CC's
Finaly, the best position for Talon, is when you can counterganks, you're burst will surprise most of ennemies. That's why it isn't an easy pick, it requiere a lots a knowledge to know how, when, ennemies gonna gank
Tips: Don't forgot that you can use you're E, even at close range, it buff your damages on the target, and will apply a 99% slow for a really short timing, but it's always good to know
