Seems like a very good guide but I'd recommend splitting it up into chapters so it's easier to navigate.

It's not a good idea to get both Wriggle's Lantern and Madred's Bloodrazor because Madred's is way too expensive alone unless you already have the Madred's Razors and the two items in combination have similar goals to different extents.

Never get Berserker's Greaves on Warwick, you don't need the extra 25% attack speed, especially with your runes and items, and with only one choice of boots you really need to get either Mercury's Treads or Sorcerer's Shoes to make your magic items and abilities hit harder against squishies.

Also 9 times out of 10 you will not make it into a game far enough to get that Frozen Mallet, and without that you are so squishy you will die immediately after you ult someone. Black Cleaver has great synergy with your Infinite Duress but doesn't fit well into this build as you have it.

Finally your skill order is all over the place, please just put points in Hungering Strike at ranks 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. No one is going to remember that ridiculous skill order in game. Max Hunters Call immediately after.

You obviously know how to code, although it's nothing I haven't seen before, but you have some serious flaws in your logic that are detracting from this build.
