My idea.
Why this build?
This is a very situational build wich depends on you catching enemy champions off guard alone to get extra dmg from the Q's passive. Wiggers gives vision in enemy jungle and if you can get to them fast enough a kill and free creep kills are certain.
Summoner spells: E is the same as a free flash but with longer range. Ghost give more mobility.
Runes: Kah'Zix is really squishy so i take a bit of armor so i can still have my 21/9/0 masteries and still sustain jungle. The attack speed gives a better chans to crit creeps with wriggels, a red/blue steal is faster.
Masteries: Dmg and sustain.
Ability progression: R>Q>W>E.. 2 points in Void Spike early for the health drain.
