I think this guide looks ok but looks very boring (its just a wall of text) and it does not seem finished at all. My second problem with this is that the runes and masteries aren't very good at all. Greater Mark of Magic Penetration certainly beat Greater Mark of Ability Power and the Greater Glyph of Mana should be replaced by either Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction or Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power.

The masteries are pretty weird too, Quickness is a really great mastery you should definitely take it!

For now, I won't vote first I want to see some changes. I'll be back in a couple of days to check on the progress of this guide.

could you please say why you select those items or why you use that skillorder?
