i had switched my main from katarina to irelia upon reaching lv 30 as i was always told kat sucks in ranked...but then again the noobs in ELO hell are the same noobs that i destroyed pre lv 30... think il give kat another chance..nice guide

This is a very detailed guide with a lot of useful information. Some sections, particularly the gameplay section, could be expanded and elaborated on, but from a technical standpoint, you've included everything a good guide should have. Your BBCoding is well developed and enhances the guide visually. One thing I'd suggest is that instead of capitilizing words you really want to emphasize, like THIS, you use color to bring attention to it, like THIS or this; whichever you prefer.

I agree with your opinion on Rylai's Crystal Scepter, as it really doesn't give you the damage you need to carry your team and you fall behind as a result of it. Good job :D

Thanks guys, I appreciate your input. This is my first guide, so it is a work in progress. I added a new section, and will be adding more, such as matchups and videos.

Wow, great guide. If more Katarina's used this, she'd be much more OP. I'll +1 you since you commented on my build and because this one looks great but also please +1 mine now that I've added the matchups and some pictures.

Great guide +1, just try to elaborate a bit more on how to play kat =D
I know it's hard to think of other stuff, but that is kinda the "men from teh boys" test of a guide =D

you kinda forgot to tell the readers when NOT to pick katarina e.g. if the opponent has 4 or more stun skills,that is when picking katarina might be bad. I also beg to differ on when to pick katarina,she should be picked last,that way if your opponent's chosen champions does not have much cc they can't pick any or at the most they can pick one,however if you pick her 1ST it would give your opponents the incentive to pick a whole bunch of heros with cc just to shut you down,and a team with cc is nothing to laugh at,katarina or not.
