Hi guys, this is my 2nd guide on mobafire, this one is about katarina how I owned in mid all the time. So please try it out before down voting on this guide. I will supply the screenshot for the all the post.

Pros:
+ High burst damage
+ Shunpo doesn't really do that much damage now but it's still a sweet escape tool
+ Multi-target Ultimate
+ Awesome poke with her Q
+ Becomes a super strong farmer mid to late game
+ She becomes incredibly strong as enemies fall

Cons:
- Weak early game damage if you're going for farm and not kills
- Her Ultimate can still be interrupted
- Squishy
- Can be focused hard if the enemy team is smart
- Melee AP damage dealer which means you might get harassed a lot against ranged mages.

Summoner Spells that choose are below:

Flash

Ignite

The other spells like:

Heal

Exhaust

I would get that it but i still choose Flash + Ignite they give you the better chance of getting the kills.

Rest of the spells is not good for katarina.

For the Masteries go 21/9/0 when I played katarina.

For runes I go as below:

Marks Runes: Magic Pen.

Seals Runes: Health Regen.

Glyph Runes: CDR

Quint Runes: Flat AP

For my items for katarina for mid lane as below

Boot & 3x health potions

If you can get the first blood then you can keep farming or recall back to base to change your boot get more health potions.

Sorcerer's Shoes

Blasting Ward
Either after a kills, ganks, keep farming in till have enough gold for the next items.

RSC (rylai's crystal scepter)

Haunting Guise

than change it to

Liandry torment

Death Cap
