On my opinion Katarina is the best assasin and she can win Fizz easily.

If the enemies are not very good you must play very agressive with your team to do pentakill easily.If you are good you can do pentakill alone!

You must use flash to escape the fight or to block in to the fight.You must use ignite only when your enemy on mid has got very low health.
