Spam your Q in the enemy , recovery mana with your pots in early game . After spam your Q + E , perfect combo , kill all chars with no range , like Renekton , Rumble , Nunu . So many times is hard to counter this guys , but with this build is more easy , go and kill!

Sometime's your mid lane dont use mana , take a blue for you , you spam more your Q , and will heal with your W so much .
