I also used to think that Feast is good but it's sucks on certain APCs who need a lot of burst because you have to give up one point on either Dangerous Game (sustain is way to good), Devastating Strikes , Sorcery or Archmage for this mastery. It's great on melee but ranged casters won't get much in trouble if played correctly. They have more potions or better said more options generally early ( Crystalline Flask and potions).
Still good on ADCs and top laners who can't afford to back often or buy lots of potion due to the long lane. ADCs have to get items over potions.
