LeBlanc Guide
True vlad's ult is a good finisher but i was referring to 5v5 team fights; starting off makes all enemies take upto 18% increased damage for 5 seconds! This means of other people ult like mf, it will do ****loads and then the fleeing champs will of course die to that delayed damage spike aswell :)
