I've forget to say at last post, but my best stat with ap based leblanc ( see the top 2 leblanc builds) was 9/5 in 20 matches... and the best stat with defesive leblanc is 21/2... so it defenietly worths to go defensive in order to have 20 mejiai stack easily...

Definitely the best build i've ever seen for LeBlanc lol... I've played 14 ranked games with her at 1500 ELO and hmm.. 16.8 kill /4.1 death on average, and 14 win / 0 loose...

Just finished collected the runes for the last guide. now looking at this one, i feel rather breathless due to the IP cost. question, can blues but cooldown per level instead of flat? or does that void the purpose of it. i ask because if i can get away with CD/perlvl then i need only save 4k for the quints

EDIT*** Nevermind. i got it working with 3x magic pen. 9xpen marks 9x health seals 9xCDperlev blues

This leblanc i dislike. Too defensive, she is a pure AP carry, if you go defensive her damage will SEVERELY curve off. Also, again, teleport really isnt necessary.
