Basically any assassin with dashes is an extreme threat to all adcs. Ashe even more so, as you can very limited mobility. You will need to save your flash for those situations or kite well. The attack speed and movement speed helps with the kiting

Champion Build Guide
Chapter 1: The Only Chapter
Ashe is very strong in the early game, so you want to try and be aggressive with your range and slows to get ahead. Once you build your attack speed items, you will easily be able to 1v1 most enemies as long as you know how to kite well and react quick enough to their shenanigans. Pray that the enemy team doesn't have lots of assassins
