Hey guys this is my first build ive ever done so feel free to leave comments telling me which champs to do next. bur anyway, this is an in depth guide on fizz to win almost 100% every normal or ranked game, i main fizz on every occasion. if i have to, sometimes i will AD fizz.. but only if im bored haha. but yeah this guide is really great. the item build is good, runes are good, skills are good. and i know you guys like fizz. because he has a ****ing shark.
I mastered fizz the first day he came out. and i win every single game, when i play with my friend tyler. so i guess i have to give credit to him.

I go magic pen for fizz bc all ap carries use it and it is your best friend early and late game
yellow - flat ap because I like having a lot of AP and magic penetration at the start, and
blue - AP per level because i dont really like cdr or flat ap. + i think its good to have 40+ ap once you start the game
Quints - i go flat ap because you get all of your magic penetration from your reds.

i go 21/0/9 getting all the necessary AP masteries, and in utility mana regen per level, increased buff duration. The reason i do not go into defensive tree, is because i get hourglass/abyssal later in the game, so i really dont need the extra armor/MR

I first get dorans for durability/ap/mp5, then on first back i get sheen and rank 1 boots. on my second back i get a Rod, 3rd back i get deathcap, next i get lichbane. After lichbane you get sorcerers boots, then rod of ages, Hourglass, Abyssal scepter for magic resistance and more AP

More good picks are, Void staff, Force of nature, banshees veil, quicksilver sash, thornmail for those annoying AD carries... Vayne, Panth....

I always get at least 2 beefy defensive items on fizz. because he is very very very very very squishy

i get one point at level 1 in Q, and at level 2 i get W and max it out at level 9, then i max my Q, then i max ult, then i max E

I max w first because it is your executioners calling, your best spell.
Q is your initiator/chaser spell.. (ALWAYS USE W THEN CHARGE FOR EXTRA DAMAGE)
E is your escape tool, YOU CAN WALLJUMP SMALL WALLS.
R IS YOUR SHARK. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO AIM OR YOUR TEAM WILL ****ING HATE YOU.

Flash ignite all the way babyyy
With these spells you can Be like ROFLMAO U SUX. Fizz needs a good escape tool, and he needs some sort of damage. Fizz is a great burst but i think ignite can really help early game with kills/assists. flash is a no brainer.. Escape and chasing tool, can really help
