U want to have fun..????

With this build you get max speed on hit........but also you get max rejection to max speed..... What! Yes indeed you get the unique passive Slow Resist.....but also the Tenacity unique passive.(What are slows??) BUT you also get the speed boost from the trinity force...or the speed boost from furor boots...or was it the speed boost from Lucians W......idk....maybe it was just the reduction of enemy speed with the Frozen Mallet (700 health aint too shabby either). Or possibly the BOTRK active.....IDK... the Zephyr movement speed? Maybe its just cause you are wearing boots of swiftness...But you are probably gonna be fast. And they are gonna not catch you. Have fun! By the way this build brings in the major damage still....and has fantastic life steal....cooldowns too!!
