Normally you skill Q at level 1, but if you have to help your Jungler at the first camp, skill E. If your team wants to invade, skill W or Q. W if your enemy has something like a dash, Q if you want the slow.

So, in Laning Phase you have to try to harass the enemy adc with your "Auto-Attack E Q"-Combo which triggers Thunderlords. After a few times doing so the enemys should be zoned now. If you play against an aggressive support (In this case you should build Coin) you only poke with your Q. Just play defensive in this case and wait for ganks. You should also try to roam in both cases.

Easier since you only have to stay behind and protect your carry with your E an R ability. If they got an assassin, silence him with your W.
