Introduction

Hey there! Before u think, this is a Troll Guide, i have to say: It isn't.
I played Lulu when she was free and tried her as an AD Carry.
And whoop! I had 27 kills/5 Deaths/12 Assist.
And i treid her the next time when she was free and again those stats.
So i think shes really the best AD Carry in League of Legends

-The best thing on Lulu is her double-attack - Doesn't have a hard stun
So you deal your damage twice. - Need Bluebuff always
-If someone is attacking yourself, - Weak without spells
you use your "E Spell" and can attack him
without taking damage
-You can also support your mates. That's
a nice advantage
-Doesn't saw her banned:)

So let's talk about the Runes

- Acceptable Marks -
Mark of Attack Damage
Nonsense to explain, u have to deal a lot of damage

Mark of Armor Penetration
Nice against Tanks

- Acceptable Seals -
Seal of Attack Speed
If u want a higher Attack speed

Seal of Armor
It's nice to have some Armor...

- Acceptable Glyphs -
Glyphe of Attack Speed
It's better to have a higher Attack speed at the beginning

Glyphe of Magic Resist
If u want to have some magic Resist at the beginning

- Acceptable Quints -
Quint of Attack Damage
My favourite Quint.To deal ncie Damage at the beginning

Quint of Armor Penetration
How i said: Nice against Tanks

Quint of Movement Speed
Better Escape chance at the beginning

Summoner Spells

Flash:

Nice to Make place between you and a champ, who wants to kill you
Or to escape from enemie Abilities.

Ghost:

Nice to Run away:D

Egnite:

THe best thing, when you want to kill champion. Set Ignite on him, when he has really low life.

Team Work

In my opinion Lulu sympathics with every cahmpion.
BUT!
If you play Lulu on bot Lane, the best suppoter for her is Blitzcrank.
Blitz grab the enemie and Lulu can use her "E Spell" and can slow him, so the enemie Champ has no way
to escape.

Conclusion

To Summerise, Lulu is a nice Ad Carry, who can protect herself and her Mates, so she get lots of kills and supports.
