I feel that glitterlance should be maxed either first or second, not Whimsy. Also the runes need a bit of work. Keep improving!
... This is not full AP Lulu, so why would you max the damage first or second? Lulu is better off maxing it last as a support.
+ Covers the very basic things
- Strange runes, especially the Seals and Glyphs. I recommend flat Armor OR gp/10 Seals and MR/lvl Glyphs.
- Strange way of leveling your skills, either E or Q first but W certainly last. You should explain why you level it like this, anyways.

- Strange Chapter order, try to imagine what you should do when you play Lulu for the first time.
- Almost all your sections could use columns, you use it well in the Pros/Cons section but afterwards you tend to forget it...
- Zeke's Herald is an extremely good item if your solo top and jungler are both AD Champions. It then benefits 3 people in your team ;)
- Leave some space between Skill Sequence and the explanation. Also explain the skills first, and then mention the sequence.
