Added the summoner spells :)
The other thing, Rod of Ages is nice for lux, gives, AP, health, mana and extra AP and mana every minute over 10min, also its passive make us heal and manaup! when we level, that helps us dont go to B easyly, its very very nice item for lux, by this moment (when you start buying it) jungler will start giving mid the blue buff, and with Clarity, we will not need so much mana NOW ^^
You can try starting with the Rabadon's Deathcap i like it too, but i think is better this way.

What about Summoner Spells? You need to explain what Summoner Spells you SHOULD and should NOT use.
Also, Rod of Ages is a waste on Lux. Its takes too long to actually build up. Lux needs mana NOW. I'm giving you a +1 only because I'm a nice person, and your guide has some potential.
