Hello fellow summoners, I am Kaynestorm. I am a level 30 bronze III league of legends player, although I do not play as much ranked as i would like (due to school and work) I am slowly climbing up to silver and hopefully gold. although it may not seem like it since I am not in silver or higher I am a fairly good player and this happens to be my first in depth guide to Pantheon- The Artisan of War. Pantheon is a Melee AD caster which means he rely's on his abilities which deal damage based off of his attack damage to slay his enemies.
Pantheon, being a melee attack damage caster, will need lots of farm and a fair amount of time to start getting some gold. This being said he is an optimal choice for the top lane in the current Bruiser Top Meta. This gives our Mantheon time to get the ball rolling to crush the faces of carries everywhere. Unlucky for them he decided to follow that profession instead of becoming a baker.
Lore: Pantheon-The Artisan of War
"I was hoping they had more reinforcements."
-Pantheon, standing amidst the pieces of a brutalized Noxus battalion.
Far above the clouds on Mount Targon resides a stalwart tribe of people known as the Rakkor who still revere combat and war as ultimate artforms. They remember the Rune Wars of Runeterra and know that the League of Legends can only repress the rising tides of violence for so long. Each member of the tribe is bred to be a disciplined and vicious warrior, preferring to battle soldiers of either Noxian or Demacian armies only when outnumbered atleast ten to one. Rakkor warriors are trained not only to be as lethal with their bare hands as the most capable martial artists, but also fiercely wield the many relic-weapons of the tribe. Such treasures have been handed fown from generation to generation, and have harnessed the mystical nature of Runeterra in their very cores. These relic-weapons are among the most dangerous in existence - and it comes as no surprise that they have found their way to the League of Legends in the hands of Pantheon.
This stone-faced warrior is a paragon of his people, his very existence an anthem of exultation to the art of combat. Pantheon found it insulting that the people of Valoran would install an organization to replace war, complete with so-called champions, without including the Rakkor. Gathering the blessings of his tribe and armed with the relics of his ancestors, he has descended on the League to show the world a true warrior. He cares not who he fights, and cares nothing for the pageantry or prestige of a League champion, but only lives for the austere glory of battle. As long as Pantheon breathes, he thirsts for another foe to vanquish.
Pros / Cons
- good early and late game dmg
- can turret dive fairly well
- great in a 1v1 or 2v1
- hes a spartan nuff said
- fairly short ulti CD
- mana costly
- squishy earley to beinging of mid game
- can not be shut down or els useless the rest of game
for your build you either want to start off with dorans blade it does great early game dmg plus the dmg from your Q hits like a truck remeber your mantheon u can do anything once get your boots build the BRUT first on your ghost blade then build the rest. once u get the items ive posted you want to sell your dorans for a blood thirster life steal on panth is just OP
In teams fights u want to be the last person in just because of your ulti. if your going to chase someone with your ulti estemate where there running and how fast if not ulti wasted. In team fights if you don't have your ulti jump on the squishy on there team once thats gone you are free to focus there biggest threat. make sure someone goes in befor you and win and doubt ULTI OUT. not only is your ulti great for starting, ending team fighs but great for escaping ganks( i dont recommend ulting if its only a 1 man gank only ulti out if its a 5v1). another trick i found helps is if itsa a 2v1 and your droping in health and you know u might not win ulti in the same place u are they will wait for you to come down and get hit like idiots witch most of the time happends or they will run witch gives you time to run aswell
