Yeah, seems about right. Your build is impossible to refute, because you make it clear that Pantheon is a VERY situational pick. In the situations you are describing (other team has an AD carry and you can top lane against a non-AP caster), this guide is very helpful. Nice job. |

The guide is still a work in progress because I'm very busy at the time being but within the next 2 weeks or so it will be much more in depth and organized, what I've published right now is more of the framework for the entire guide and I just need to fill it in a little bit every day. uh hate to be a nerd but the 10% armor penetration you get from weapon expertise can't be used unless you have 8 points in Offense AND 4 points in alacrity so you'll have to take out the 4 in CDR masteries. :( yeah im having troubles with the new masteries too i wanna play lol
