Ok so basically with this guide you are aiming to be able to finish off any enemies below half health running away from a fight or channeling with your W alone, while this build does work for "regular swain play" it is optimized for this "meme strat". By endgame, you should be able to quite comfortably sit in bushes near dragon and get clean snipes on enemies anywhere on the map, if you have this build, any enemy even slightly below half health should be instantly killed by your W. Early game help your adc get kills and "Herd" the enemy with your W and late game, let the kill steals roll in, even if you think this build isnt good (And it kind of surprisingly is) It is VERY fun to play and I can guarantee you are going to have fun running it so go ahead and give it a go.
