This build is just that right now, a build. I will make it into a guide in the coming weeks.
Keep in mind that you will end with around 4.9k hp (more than is shown) and 280 AD (much more than is shown lol). While the AD seems rather low to some, remember that it scales incredibly on her Q in cougar form, and you will be incredibly tanky with your massive health bar and Armor/MR.
Q is leveled first to provide early game harass, as it still hits very hard without AP at levels around 3-15. You should play somewhat like an incredibly mobile assassin, ambushing middle hp opponents and often 1-hitting them even when you have only ~110 AD early game.
My rune choice may seem strange, but is meant to keep your last hitting and cougar damage high at early levels. It is better than armor reduction for Nidalee, especially thanks to the new mastery tree.

No build is set in stone. If against an mostly/all AD team, remember to lean more towards armor, swapping out the Banshee's Veil with something like Frozen Heart or Thornmail.
The core items are Trinity Force, Warmogs Armor, and Atma's Impaler.
