For the skill selection i'm pretty sure that you are a frequent user of Nidalee right? So you know really well that during a pre invade phase ( 0:30 - 1:50 ) You can't just go there and auto-attack, the ap nidalee strength resides mainly in her Javellin ( early game around 200 damage at full range on the blue, around 160 on player ). For me i'm able to take down a player in the first 3 good Javelin ( Lv 1-2-3 ). Otherwise i don't need Brute Force to last hit minions, and harassing whit autoattacks in mid lane is pretty risky, you don't have the top brush cover and an Annie would really like to show you her Tibbers.

The RoA is my core item on Nidalee and there is a reason: i've got a lot of mana problem with Nidalee, because i wanna stay in lane the much i can. I can't just rush a rabadoon and then any dumbass with a little of burst gets me down, it's just ridiculous.

For the Rune selection i'm pretty sure you're right, so would you please tell us why and what are the right runes :) ?

Not a bad start :) I'd suggest having a look at some of the top rated guides on MobaFire and watching some high elo streamers who main Nidalee. Nidalee is an interesting pick middle lane, she's more often played as a bruiser top lane.

Rod of Ages isn't necessarily needed on midalee
never start Spear, rank 1 and 2 Javelin Toss usually does less than an auto-attack.
I'd also get Brute Force over Mental Force helps with last hitting and you should be using your auto-attacks quite heavily as harass in lane

this guide needs a lot of work and probably some major changes into the way you suggest playing her
