Hello boys and girls(?), i'm Mogul, LoL Player (u don't say?), elo hell fan. I'm not English native so if i've commited ( and i'm pretty sure of that ) some errors i'd be glad if you notify me of that. I appreciate upvotes and downvotes, but both with an explanation, thanks. I'd like to improve as much as possible this guide. So let's stop chit chat and let's start! Today i'm here to share with you my knowledge of Nidalee The Bestial Huntress, i'd like to start with her spotlight and we'll start soon with the guide.

Pros + Hard Poke + High Mobility + High escape mechanism + Funny to play ( and jukes ) + Burst combo + If well mastered, pretty impossible to catch her

Cons - Pretty weak early game - Hard to master - Needs prediction and snipers skills - Jukes can be letal (for nidalee of course) - Useless endgame if not mastered well

A pretty Standard Ap Offensive masteries, Summoner's Wrath and Mental Force a a little more damage on poking/"Dead End" (ignite / q). Sorcery Arcane Knowledge and Havoc for more harrassing and spell damage. In the end Blast Archmage and Executioner as all good Ap casters for moar damage! You're an Ap, not a support :D .

Resistance +6 Magic Resist might seem a really poor plus, but trust me, i've saved myself so many times with "10 hp while running" that i've lost the count, and +6 Magic Resist mid is a real pain in the a..eh...yes.. for the other mid laner. Durability and Veteran's Scars for more sustain.

Expanded Mind Will let you spam more and more q during your Javelin poking Swiftness is my favorite mastery for nidalee, that in combo with her passive makes her really untakable, in the end Runic Affinity is really usefull if your jungler let you his blue ( i've been in lane for 20-25 minutes with nidalee thanks to pots and blue, is just beautyfull be 2-1 lv higher than their mid laner)

Early Game Nida

• Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: Magic penatration mark are a must for every Ap, scales pretty well and will let you postpon taking the Sorcerer's Shoes
  
• Greater Seal of Health: More sustain and more tanky nidalee
  
• Greater Glyph of Ability Power: Flat Ap to remedy the early game weakness
  
• Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: More Ap for more damage and Poke damage

Late Game Nida

• Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration: One of the most weakness of Nidalee is her mana dependant attitude ( yes i spam Javelin and i LIKE IT ) with those runes will fix this in late game.
  
• Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power: More AP for late game
  
  

Flash: "Here we go we got here!... oh wait..." Is a pretty common and usefull spell, just a must.

Ignite: I like this summoner spell too, just for his last hit potential and that little armor reduction ( if imporoved)

Teleport: An avaible replace for ignite, usefull for lane presence and pressure.

Prowl: Nidalee passive and the most irritating and funny passive in League of Legends ( Not the more usefull but hey, it's a game!). This passive let you run and run over the brushes for chasing and running away from our enemys.

Javelin Toss/ Takedown: Is the most source of damage, in both the forms.
Human Form: A spear thrown well can really change a teamfight and burst down completely your team focus
Cougar Form: A spell that buffs your next melee attack, usefull for last hitting and Combo Burst

• Patience and readiness are the keys for a good Javel in their face
• Use your Bushwhack for controll the Jungle, put them near the entrace/exit of the brushes/focus places
• Don't overextend for an unsure kill with the Javel, you got your passive but don't understimate your enemys

Bushwhack / Pounce:

Human Form: Bushwhack is our main jungle control spell, is a small trap, unbrakable, that can be destroyed only in taken ( or disappear for the cooldown 4m) it will reduce armor and magic resist, is pretty usefull.

Cougar Form: Pounce is a little jump that deals area damage and is basically our main escape mechanism ( in combo with nidalee passive Prowl ) it let nidalee jump over certain walls (for example from the red to the baron/dragon)

• Use brushwhack to check the brushes, when nidalee uses brushwhack it will check the brush for a little time (0,5 - 1 second)
• Pounce let you literally drive mad your enemys, jump again and again over walls and meanwhile you are running
• Don't overextend too much, a fail Pounce can drive you to the dead

Surge / Swipe:
Human Form: A pretty spammable and nice heal that boorts the attack speed, used on the ad carry can save him and lead to the victory of a teamfight

Cougar Form: A swipe that doeas area damage in front of nidalee, does pretty much damage and can be used for last hitting enemys and minions

• Be carefull on Who and When you use Primal Surge, a wrong Primal Surge will bring your team to the dead
• Pounce in combo with Swipe can destroy a whole wave of minions

Aspect of the Cougar: Is our main and most unique spell, this will let us transform from Human to Cougar form, there isn't much too say, just this: you have to learn how and when use Human and Cougar, i cannot tell you how to use a Champ, just how I use it.

• : I always prefeer Mercury on Nidalee over ALL other boots, makes you just too much tanky and cc resistent
  
• : A nice pull of health and nice ap for more sustain, with a Catalyst of Aeons early game you will leave your lane really late
  
• : A must for all the AP that wants to hurt like hell
  
• : Works pretty well with the cougar form
  
• : More magic resist for you and less for your ap enemy, what else?
  
• : A pretty nice item, armor, ap and a nice on-active effect ( rememeber to use it ;) )

• : I always prefeer Mercury on Nidalee over ALL other boots, makes you just too much tanky and cc resistent
  
• : A nice pull of health and nice ap, i really love the passive of this item, that works with nidalee's Bushwhack / Pounce
  
• : A must for all the AP that wants to hurt like hell
  
• : Works pretty well with the cougar form
  
• : The perfect anti-tank item, they stack MR? Do fear ;D
  
• : A pretty nice item, this item fixes nidalee's mana weakness and add some nice cd and ap

Defensive

• : Pretty usefull against burst combo Champs ( as Veigar, Brand etc... )
  
• : For the "Oh fuc..." moment, when the enemy's ap is well feeded i suggest you this item
  
• : Nice cooldown reduction, mana and armor
  

Offensive / Utility

• : Nice item for his kage's lucky pick (brown time mid), i've understimated this item just after his nerf
  
• : Just for that spell vamp Champs ( just like Morgana, Swain, Vladimir, Ahri, Ryze and so on... )
  
  

Warding... this unknown

Ward is just the most important item in the item shop, and that's it, just buy them and you wont get brutal ganked.

With Nidalee you can easly have a FULL control of the map, your Bushwhack / Pounce plus wards can litterly dominate the jungle, just don't be stupid and buy wards BILLY!
