love this build, went 12/1/10 in a 30 min game! plus one for you mister

Very strong build, though I find that Stark's would be my main choice over bloodthirster unless not too many people on your team could benefit from life steal and attack speed.

Blood thirster isnt very viable if you go up against high magic dps teams that use alot of snares/stuns/slows. In a case where you end up having to grab mercury treads blood thirster isnt very viable imo, since unless you use your impure bullets active you want have enough attack speed to make bloodthrister really worth getting. I get starks on occasion and do really well with it in teamfights because it helps your team out, not just yourself, giving them health regen,lifesteal, and attackspeed increase. I may swap building a starks for a mandreads if theyre heavy armored with tons of health. Any way you look at it, everytime ive played MF and got a mandreads i ended up raping anyone i fought wether they had high health or not.

Tried your build earlier yesterday for a bit. It was handy having the life steal vs good harrassing classes in your lane. Feel free to check out my build, and let me know what you think, maybe give it a shot. It is built a bit differently and plays a bit differently than yours.

Why do you start with Sapphire? Meki Pendant gives you regen, which > 200 mana. Also, why going full Offensive mastery? Do you realize that 4% extra dmg, +3 AD is like nothing? Only good stuff there is crit chance/CDR/magic pen/ar pen/crit dmg (not really useful on MF).
I'm playing MF with 9/0/21, utility has most goodies you can use, mana regen, movement speed, flash/ghost mastery, CDR and even more CDR for summo spells, buff duration, that's win over offensive any time.

Nice build +1...just made a Miss Fortune build myself, I've gone 20-4-11 with your's and 24-5-15 with mine. Can't really pick a favorite out of that but I really do prefer full AD over AS or crit. VERY good build first time with it i went like 24/8/4 i know alot of deaths but i was holding my team of 4 against 5... (hate leavers) but solid build i also got inifinty edge and last whisper. GJ +1 from me :D

Chatterhead: So far I have had no problem, but yes the champion is still new, I will look out for this and update my build since this is now my new main champion.
