Why play Morgana Top?
You have good sustain with ur passive and mana returning runes, you have very annoying and long CC, You dont rly have any counter and you will melt tanks with lyandrys torment.
What to do in lane?
Poke and deny farm with W, try to time it when ur manaflow rune is ready.
