Wukong has been strong since pre-season, his damage is stupid high at 6 and he can hard carry team fights. Make sure to punish him early on as his first clear is slow, and he's pretty useless until he gets the funny Sunderer item.
Mechanical tips:
1. Ignite early so you know which is his clone.
2. Start a fight and the second he uses R run away. This will tilt him and he will follow you pretty much anywhere.
Ekko
Ekko is frustrating to play against as his burst is so high, his passive grants him ridiculous move speed and past level 11 he can play incredibly aggressive and get away with his r, try to permanently punish his first and second clear so that he falls behind or you will get outscaled very quickly.
Mechanical Tips:
1. Ignite before his R, it will reduce his healing
2. Situationally you can choose to eat his E, then Q into your team to force him out of position
3. You can R all of his spells except E, and his R has a LONG wind-up so do not hesitate to stand on his ghost if you think you can bait him.
Lee Sin
On Patch 13.3 this guy got ridiculous buffs and now hits like harder than your grandma's slipper did. He also reveals your invisibility, has more dashes than I can keep track of and is all round irritating. Do not invade, but do look for counterganks where you or your laner will not(!) get one shot by the opposing players.
Mechanical Tips:
1. Your W blocks his Q, reaction time is everything here
2. You can R his R, this is not reaction-timeable but very predictable.
3. Never duel him unless you are very ahead.
Maokai
Seeing this character in champion select make me cringe a little bit. A cc bot with ridiculous damage whilst being tanky. Until he is nerfed into the ground, this champion is ban worthy as the pain of playing against it is just not worth. If you do end up in the unfortunate situation that you have to play against it, fight him early on.
Mechanical Tips:
1. Micro clone to tank his R
2. His snare will always follow you, so you can q away to misposition him.
3. Your boxes actually activate his saplings, and survive the sapling damage, just place them near/on top of the sapling.
Non-Mechanical Tips:
1. He usually does 3 camps into a gank, so play on the same side of the map of him, don't be lazy, check your lanes, if he goes for a full clear go for a kill, but beware enemy laners as his cc on you is pretty much a free kill.
Rengar
Theoretically just a better Shaco, in practice however, Rengar is an extremely mechanical champion who is relatively weak when behind. My main mechanical tips for kitty kat are
1. You can dodge half his burst if you can reaction speed him jumping out of a bush/r'ing you with your R.
2. If he R's make sure you are not the one being revealed as it sees through your q
Non-Mechanical Tips:
1. Often goes for a level 3 invade on your side, be ready, don't fight in a bush, you CAN win but it's stupid hard and he has to misplay.
Zac
I hate Zac, he is, like most of the characters I hate, a stat-checking, cc bot of a character and Shaco just doesn't have the stats. Luckily most Zacs I have played against seem to have low IQ syndrome.
Punish him heavily after his jump, always always always try to counter gank him as after his Q and E he is basically a walking caster minion pre-6.
Tips:
1. NEVER W in a 1v1 against this guy, it allows him to activate his q and get that extra cc.
2. At 6, and on his other ultimate and Demonic Embrace spikes you just can't fight him he will blob all over you and outheal any auto-attacks you might actually land.
3. Zacs biggest weak is the players brain, luckily that is Shaco's strength, use clone, boxes, and your mobility to run circles around him and harass him.
Elise
I have put Elise at minor, but know that the higher Elo you go the more Elise transitions into a Major/Extreme threat.
I really enjoy playing vs Elise as it's one the better skill matchups. Track her and you will win for free, forget where she is and get snowballed on.
Mechanical Tips:
1. W block or R her Human E so that she can't lock you down and one tap you.
2. Do not give her an escape with W in Spider Form.
3. You don't win extended fights, look for quick trades with your Q, then run away, it's hard for her to catch you without using her only escape.
Non-Mechanical Tips:
1. DO NOT let her dive your sidelaners for free --> Play on the same side of the map as her, and match her ganks, if her and her lane partner do not one shot you, you will win for free.
2. Elise is a very snowbally champion, you WILL outscale her, one of the rare matchups where you want to play more passively
Fiddlesticks
FiddleTricks is ban/dodge champion, he out-clears, out-duels, out-teamfights and out-scales you.
The best results I have had playing against this disgusting monstrosity were 3 camping and then invading him, and then re-invading every time you have ignite up.
Mechanical Tips:
1. Ignite early to reduce healing
2. At level 3 you can drop a w for the fear as he basically stands in place to drain your health, if he smites it run away if you still can.
3. Cringe point and click cc champion with 5k damage ult.
Non-Mechanical tips:
1. You HAVE to keep his vision down and yours up or you WILL get aced from him pressing the R button on his keyboard.
2. He can solo dragon really early on, if you think that's what he's doing use dragon on him for a 2v1
3. FF quickly if he snowballs.
Sylas
Sylas is a pretty coin-flippy match up, as he can't really clear his jungle early on so it's pretty obvious he will gank level 2 or 3.
Mechanical Tips:
1. Block his chain with his W.
2. Attack ping him if he steals your R, the ping will remain after the R finishes the invulnerable part and you will tell them apart.
3. Honestly you CAN fight him but be aware if you are behind, he will just one tap you unless you hard outplay you.
Non-Mechanical tips:
1. If he ganks level 2 --> run at him and kill him, you will hopefully be level 3.
If he ganks level 3 --> Clear his opposite jungle and match his next gank, he is very similar to Elise in this regard !
Evelynn
Evelynn is very strong on the patch 13.3 and has been since pre-season.
Her jungle clear became a little bit faster with the pets and this is all she needed to become S+ tier.
Shaco is a good counter to her pre-6 but can't match her in a 1v1 after she gets R so it's an invade angle !
You want to hit her on her 2nd buff or 4th camp (usually wolves or raptors) as this will be her lowest hp point and when you will be the furthest ahead of her !
Mechanical tips:
1. You can predict her R and use yours to avoid execute, you can also Q out of range but be aware that her R hits the sides aswell and has a surprisingly large hitbox.
2. You probably can't one shot her unless it's a true one shot, because her R, like yours, grants her invincibility.
Non-Mechanical tips:
1. Like you she is a stealth champion so like you she has huge CC weaknesses, if your team hits a CC on her this is your window
2. Have a pink ward in your inventory, but don't place it randomly, use it in a team fight on your carries so she can't sneak up on them
3. This is, like karthus, a 1v1 matchup pre-6, unlesss something is really really free, your first objective is to cuck her clear
Nunu & Willump
Despite being super annoying I find that Nunu is not very strong at the moment.
He can't really ever duel you until he has Steel Caps and the funny Radiant Virtue item which is why he runes Phase Rush so contest everything you can ! Counter Ganks, Scuttle, Buffs, he needs his team.
Mechanical tips:
1. You can't block snowball with W, but you can with clone and proper micro.
2. Do not get baited by his R + Radiant Virtue heal, it's annoying but rare that you can actually kill this character it has a stupid amount of healing and shields.
3. When fighting, it's good to engage without Q, wait for him to proc his E and once it's over, Q on him, this way you won't get snared if you space correctly !
Non-Mechanical Tips:
1. Nunu clears camps fast, and it's hard to steal them with consume, focus on counter ganking not invading
2. Wards need to be placed differently against this champion, like Hecarim it has to much movement speed to just place them lazily, mid-river and deep in the jungle wards are important.
3. Keep Drake warded, he can easily solo it !
Master Yi
Contrary to what people believe Master Yi is an assassin, not a 1v9 team fighter. His job is to go in, do his one shot combo on a squishy and then stand still and auto attack.
His dps is so high, he will probably win team fights that way !
This is an early invade match up, Yi falls behind very hard and can feel completely useless when that's the case, so pre-6 is your time to do at least 1 invade on him. I like invading his 2nd buff !
Mechanical tips:
1. W is your STRONGEST ability here. Use it to avoid some of his Q damage, or cancel with W.
2. Q his Q into your team he won't have his invincibility window anymore and he will be dead
3. He will run very very far away if you manage to get your box/ult fear off when he is in R mode
Non-Mechanical Tips:
1. Master Yi's damage is NOT to be under-estimated, if you do not KNOW you can kill him do not try, you will probably regret it.
2. Tempo is everything against this character, cuck his first clear, then hopefully his second, then snowball with ganks and dragons and HERALD !!!
3. Always box your adcs feet, they will thank you for it late.
Vi
Vi also feels really strong right now, with Radiant Virtue, bruiser items and green smite, she is all but unkillable !
Luckily Vi's first clear is fast but painful, she will be low, look for her then.
Pre-6 she is a weak ganker, you can look to counter gank !
Vi is also a pretty scripted champion so use unorthodox methods against her straightforward 'honest' kit.
Mechnical tips:
1. R her R, but don't wait too long, the window for doing is actually pretty shorted but luckily very scripted!
2. Her qs wind-up can be very deceiving as she actually reaches max distance pretty quick, but can hold it for a long time, try not to get baited.
3. This champion will stick to you like chewing gum, so avoid walking in the river when she is nearby, she will DEFINITELY buy enough time for her team to come and kill you if she doesn't kill you herself.
Amumu
Since demonic ap tanks are really strong and Amumu has benefitted from these changes alot, coupled with Sunfire and Jak'sho he will be literally unkillable and shred your entire team later on so look for an early win.
Amumu is a weak early game jungler so you should look to invade him on his 3rd or 4th camp as he will outscale you !
Mechanical Tips :
1. Use your W to block his Q, but beware the second charge.
2. You can R his R damage with correct timing but you will still be rooted, this is also hard to do reactively so try to preempt it !
Non Mechanical Tips:
1. Look for early invades, Amumu is a good duelist but you will beat him with ignite
2. You should always look to block his Q in a team fight so that he cannot reach your backline, if your frontline is not doing it, this is your job.
3.
Jarvan IV
Jarvan's playstyle should be quite similar to yours without the invading part. You are both excellent early gankers, the main difference being that J4 has a cc setup !
That being said, there are a couple of things you can exploit: If J4 goes buff into gank, even if you're laner dies, odds are he will be low, so invade him, he is strong with a team mate but relatively weak alone.
If he does 3 camps, you should try to match his gank to avoid an unnecessary death, remember that he has high burst but quite low sustain damage.
Mechanical tips:
1. Do your best to avoid EQ, even though it's quite fast, it's also scripted so you should be able to Q away.
2. You can actually R his R and get out of the crater, your character will appear on the side your cursor is so use league's wall mechanics to get out. You can also simply Q it to avoid all damage.
3. Don't forget about his shield ! Before 13.3 it was negligible but now it scales with AD !!

Non-Mechanical Tips:

1. J4 is an engager with a considerable burst, so even though he can one-tap you, he relies on his team to follow-up, so try fighting when he's isolated.
2. Ping laners or J4 portrait the second you finish your buff, it might help them grow a brain if you're lucky.
Sejuani
Whilst Sejuani is a really strong champion, with good dueling potential (surprising early damage), hard cc and a small dash, she is very team reliant, where as we are looking to be a 1v9 carry !
Alone, Sejuani cannot do that much and will struggle to solo objectives, get solo kills and close out games.
Our answer to this, is force her into 1v1 situations, yes she deals high damage, but her kit is simple to play around, her dash is relatively slow and her flail is easy to dodge !
Mechanical tips:
1. When fighting her, make sure to proc her passive, it gives her ridiculous dueling power. Do NOT fight her when it's up.
2. Her charge will not be interrupted by your box, use it as a cc tool.
3. Her W requires four stacks to proc, this is where your opportunity comes in, stack up to 3, then kite out, only god back in when they have been dropped !
Non-Mechanical Tips:
1. Sejuani is strong with melee champions, avoid fighting her if the ennemy support/(melee) mid/top is around.
2. Sejuani struggles with getting kited, use your W as a peel tool for your carries
3. Do not underestimate this champions stick potential, similar to Zac, you will rarely get away if you are caught out
Kindred
Similar to Elise, the higher you climb the more threatening you should consider this champion, up to an extreme threat.
Kindred is the jungle's ADC, and should be treated as such, relatively easy to abuse early on, with a clear which leaves her low on hp and vulnerable, just what we like !
Kindred is also however an excellent solo queue champion however, that, like Shaco, thrives on chaos, and WILL completely take over the game if she gets ahead !
Mechanical Tips:
1. Do not engage on her with Q, she has a short range dash and will kite you forever if you do not have a red buff.
2. Post 6 you should not look to 1v1 her unless you know for certain her R is down, her kit counters your kit in this way, but fear not it has a very long cool down.
