About my chose
Start by Stacking Siphoning strike, when enemy are to much push and you cant hiting enemy minions use Spirit Fire to scared him and continue stacking :P Shen/Trinity force are very helpful. when you have first two items you can start tink about some kills.
With all items you have about 4k HP with Atma's impler obout 80 dmg with crit, Infinity Edge another dmg with crit. Sumarry about 70 % crit like you see. With activate Trinity Force you have a chance for a good dmg with Syphony Strike with crit. Sometimes a half enemy HP ;p
With Warmog's Armor 4k hp and Guardian Angel you can easy push them ;)
