Introduction
With runes, you can either go one of two directions. I chose to go armor pen marks, health regen seals, magic resist glyphs, and flat health quints. You should also feel free to use more tanky runes, such as flat health or armor seals, or go more damaging runes like armor pen quints. It's really up to you!
In order to be successful using this Nasus, you need to rush Warmog's immediately. The sooner you get tons of health, the more challenging it is to kill you and the harder you can tank. Picking up health items just makes you that much more dangerous at the end of your build (if you reach that far) when you get Atma's and your attack damage should be well over 200. Combine that with a decent crit strike chance and a strong siphoning strike AND the bonus damage from Trinity Force, you could be looking at a siphoning strike doing over 1000 damage.
It is KEY to get siphoning strike to level 5 as fast as possible. The more badass it becomes, the harder you destroy the other team. Going between spirit fire and wither really depends on how your game is going. If you are perhaps soloing, it might be better to level up spirit fire to farm easier. If you are running around ganking, wither is much more important.
