Runes / Masteries / Skill Sequence

Runes: Focuses mainly on armor penetration with scaling armor and magic resist.

Masteries: A very standard solo top mastery 21 / 9 / 0

Skill Sequence: I max out Crushing Blow first. This complements the runes that I placed. I used to max out E before, but maxing out Q first is the way to go in this setup.

Pros / Cons

Pros: The item sets that I placed are inexpensive and effective. This gives you the opportunity to finish 2 items in 10 - 15 minutes.

Cons: This type of Wukong is not as Tanky as one with a Randuin's Omen, That's why I put scaling armor and magic resist to help even out this problem. With his passive "Stone Skin", This setup increases his survivability, so you shouldn't be hesitant in diving into a swarm of enemies "Provided there's back-up ofcourse".

Unique Skills

Let's talk about Decoy. Normally, you don't really focus on CDR. But with this build, you get
10% "Black Cleaver" + 10% "Spirit of the Ancient Golem" + 10% "Youmuu's Ghostblade".. Giving you a total of 30% CDR. This give you an opportunity to abuse your decoy.
