Guestimated changes:

Combo will change, no longer have to activate W before entering a fight (Update to Evelynns stealth range)

Uhh so clearly the "Please restrain from voting" thing didn't work. I'd suggest archiving and then reposting when you finish the guide since it looks like you got trollvoted a lot. Also turn on Require Comment to Vote next time.

As far as your content goes it's okay I guess. I like the fomratting. Maybe you could use some banners in the future but it doesn't really matter. When I starting using banners my guide shot up in rating. Just saying.
