Introduction

Hey everyone, this is my first build/guide so I hope you appreciate it. Here it goes:

Nidalee is good for every single team. She has a lot of options on how to play her, but here im demonstrating how to play mostly, an offensive nidalee who can throw some awesome spears but also can do tons of damage with her cougar form.

With this build you can do whatever you want, solo mid or go in a lane and it's really fun to play.

Spells

On the spells, as I said am playing an offensive Nidalee, so Im going for Ghost and Ignite. If you check alot of builds out there ull see ghost/flash mostly but I don't really think Nidalee needs those escaping spells coz she already has the heal, then she has the cougar form and she can pounce out of combat.
So, as am playing an offensive nidalee, am going for ghost and ignite to do some extra damage and to get easier kills.

My 3rd option would definately be Exhaust, if you don't like to play with Ignite, Exhaust is also a brilliant option on this build, so go for it if you feel more confortable with Exhaust.

Masteries

You probably wondering if Im crazy, but playing an offensive Nidalee, you really wanna get those 9 points in offense, they'll actually help you alot on gettin kills easier and faster.

Plus the 21 points in utility are really useful to mantain your mana always up coz you'll need it alot so you are able to keep using the Primal Surge spell either on you or your teammates. And also your ghost spell will be way more powerful and you'll be way lot faster which is very useful when playing Nidalee.

Skills plus Rotation

Passive: Prowl. Improved movement speed while in the bush and after leaving bush for 2 seconds.

Javelin Toss/Take down: I huge damaging attack either in human form or cougar form. While in human form the longer it flies , the more damage it does and it does a massive damage. While in cougar form, it's just an amazing finishing move so always try to use it at the end of your combo coz it will damage scaling the opponent's hp. If he has low health then it will do a massive damage.

Bushwhack/Pounce: While in human form, you will spawn a trap and the enemy who steps on it will get an overtime damage, will be revealed and his resistances will be lowered. While in cougar form it's like a small charge doing a small amount of damage when you land. It can also be useful to escape.

Primal Surge/Swipe: While in human form, it is an heal that you can give whether to you or to your teammates healing them scaling with Ability Power (pretty useful) and giving them attack speed for a small amount of time. While in cougar, you claw either one or more targets doing a great damage.

Aspect of the cougar: You'll transform into a cougar, gaining new attacks and of course movement speed.

The Rotation:

You might wanna start your battle using Javelin toss damaging your opponent hardly, then you wanna switch to cougar form, make a pounce, a claw and finally you use your finishing move, the takedown. If your oppnonent doesnt die then you get closer to him with pounce, you switch to human form, pull out the heal so you'll regain part of the health lost during the fight and your attack speed will be increased. Start basic attacks on your opponent and finish him with javelin toss.

If you engage your opponent but the fight doesn't run as you wished or you start to get ganked, then I recommend you to pounce away, use ghost and step on a bush so your movement speed will be increased.

Shopping

So we start with a Doran's Ring, health boost plus AP and don't go for any potion, ain't needed in Nidalee.

After that you go for sheen, if you just did a first blood or you're actually harrasing your opponents then you should go for the Sapphire Crystal to boost your base mana. If you are struggling with your damage then go for amplifying tome.

After that you wanna buy Berserker Greaves. Most people would go for Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads, but not us, we wanna do tons of damage and as such we wanna do a brutal burst damage. So your attack speed will be much higher and it will help you on your spear basic attacks improving alot your burst damage.

Then an essential item: Guinsoo's Rageblade. Your heals and tosses will be improved like hell and your basic attacks and cougar attacks will significantly do more damage.

Following you wanna buy a Hextech revolver it will basically do the same thing as the Rageblade and it will add you Lifesteal/Spell Vamp, and both will help you in surviving in 1on1's or teamfights.

Rabadon's Deathcap: God, your Javelin tosses and heals will just be Monstrous !

After that you want to buy a Rod of Ages: It's just an awesome item, it will improve you base mana/base health and it will also give you alot of AP.

At Last you wanna buy a Guardian Angel just to make you a lot more tough and pratically unkillable.
